Meet Your Hosts

A couple standing together in a grassy field with rolling hills and bison grazing in the background.

Welcome, we're Jonathan & Kelly! 👋 We first visited Yellowstone in 2015. At the time, it was just another stop on a Pacific Northwest road trip. But then we fell in love with the wildlife, the scenery, and the feeling that something incredible might be around every corner. So we went back. Again and again.

In 2023, we visited Yellowstone in every season in the same calendar year: winter (February), spring (May), summer (July), and fall (September and October). We called it our Year of Yellowstone.

On our final trip of the year, something unexpected happened: we stumbled upon a fixer-upper property just one mile from Yellowstone's North Entrance. This is how the Cozy Yellowstone Compound was born!
